"The only positive I have is at least this agency is not a pimping agency that takes the money and run. However, this agency has shown me how spineless they are with their pusillanimous approach in not going to bat for their customers. State Farm corporate office underwriters are dirt-bags for dropping our insurance due to: 1) An accident that I had in Northern, VA September 2014 (no vehicles were totaled. 2) An accident involving my wife where a tree was in the middle of the road. This was a no charge accident! 3) An April 2017 Comprehensive Coverage Claim for replacing a cracked window. South Carolina requires Insurance companies to pay at no cost to the driver to replace cracked windshields. My Wife and I have probably have paid more than 250,000 dollars in premiums over the years. And our claims have not exceeded $100,000 So what to we get in return? A pusillanimous agency that is incapable of exercising proper customer service, such as talking to the customer to address the issue. Instead: they demonstrate how there are more inclined to find coverage elsewhere for you through an email correspondence (which is very impersonal!) They demonstrate disinterest in keeping your business; as they don't have the guts to take on the out of control underwriters; and would prefer to send your business elsewhere; probably hoping for a cut from the agency they send you to. Thus I would avoid doing business with Tom McQueeney State Farm (and State Farm in general) since they have demonstrate how they place a higher value on corporate scoundrels then serving customers."
